Birds & Branches Sympathy Card

This week's Simply Inked team challenge was to create a project with Birds. I have had this stamp and die set in my stash for sometime so out it came ! It's called Birds and Branches.

Unfortunately I had run out of Sympathy Cards so needed to make some more and decided to "Kill two Birds With One Stone" - Sorry I couldn't help myself. I saw a similar card on Pinterest so CASE'd it for this event. I am really happy with the simplicity but classiness of this gorgeous card.

The measurements are as follows :- Card Base is 5 7/8" x 4 1/8" - The front and inner layers measure 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Making Your Own Embellishments

This week's team challenge was "All About Embellishments" . Stampin Up has so many wonderful embellishments that it was hard to pick what to use and what to do. I decided to showcase the little flower embellishments I make with my Stampin Up scraps, dies and punches and some of their "bling".

Shaker Topped Gift Boxes

I am going to be totally organised for Christmas this year - Well that is what I am telling myself. So I ordered in these gorgeous little boxes from MY STORE. They work out at only $1.30 each so perfect for gift giving ! I intend to fill them with shortbread cookies and truffles.

I decided to turn them into a gorgeous shaker box ! What do you think ?

Snowflake 3" Tri Fold Card

Sometimes when you are sitting playing with a new design you just fall in love and this little card is one of those projects. I just love it ! It is so cute !! The Snowflake Wishes bundle is one of my favourites from this years August to December catalogue. Everything just goes together so beautifully.
